2013 Ballot Proposals

Voters in New York where asked to weigh in on six referendums when they headed to the polls, and five of the six were passed. The table below shows the breakdown of votes by county.

Proposal One would allow non-Indian casinos across the state. Proposal Two would give extra civil service credit to disabled veterans. Proposal Three would extend an exemption for debt from sewage construction projects. Proposals Four and Five dealt with transfers of state land in the Adirondacks. Proposal Six would allow state Supreme Court and Court of Appeals judges to serve until age 80.
